Return Policy
| 1. You must contact us within 3 days (72 hours) from the reception of your dress(es). Please state the problem of the received goods and the reason for the return. 2. Dress (es) must be postmarked back to us within 7 days from when the item was received. We highly recommend that you insure your package; Ever-Pretty is not responsible if the returned items do not arrive to us. 4. Item(s) must be returned in its original condition with no signs of wear, tear, or odors. 5. All items that are returned must have the Returned Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). If any packages do not have the RMA, the return transactions will not be successfully processed. NOTE: The RMA# will be given with the response email. 6. Return shipping charges will be the buyer's responsibility. 7. If a refund request, we only issue refund after getting the return.
