What are the limitations of the military discount?

The order must be placed by an active military serviceperson, veteran military serviceperson, their spouse, or a direct dependent
Coupon codes can only be available for an email address ending in ".mil"
Each code is valid for a single order only
Previously placed orders are not eligible for reimbursement

When will the order be shipped?

The packages are shipped within 24 business hours of placing your order. This means that should you place your order on a weekend or mail holiday, your order would not ship out until the next business day.

What is the estimated time for delivery?

We work hard to ensure timely delivery. The estimated delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method chosen:

Order Processing Time: Dresses are shipped within 1 business day of placing your order. For other collections, packages are shipped within 4 business days. If you place your order on a weekend or holiday, it will ship on the next business day.
Delivery within the United States:

AirMail: 3-10 business days
Express: 2-4 business days
Products labeled "DELIVERY WITHIN 4 BUSINESS DAYS" will be delivered within that timeframe.
